Burrata Salad
We’re starting things off light and bright with our Burrata Salad—a perfect balance of creamy and crisp. Featuring spring pea purée, baby arugula, ripe strawberries, sugar snap peas, radish, and honey-roasted chickpeas, it’s finished with a touch of balsamic reduction, fresh pea greens, and grilled French bread. It’s everything you love about spring in one refreshing dish.

Flatbread Pizza
Our new spring flatbread pizza is a delightful blend of sweet and savory. Fig jam provides the base for a medley of grilled asparagus, sweet peas, caramelized spring onions, Italian prosciutto, and Vermont goat cheese. A drizzle of balsamic reduction ties it all together. This is a crowd-pleaser for sharing—or savoring all on your own.

Lobster Pasta
A nod to New England tradition, our Lobster Pasta features fresh Maine lobster paired with spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, spring peas, and artichokes, all brought to life with an almond arugula pesto and a sprinkle of smoked paprika breadcrumbs.
