Wine Wednesday
Every cork has a story.

Living six months in New Zealand’s wine country, Dr. van der Laan realizes in his encounters with
Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot that screw caps rapidly replace corks in this foreign land.
Dinner after dinner, wine bottles twist open.

Will the bond between bottles and corks disappear throughout the world?
As the doctor’s concern grows, so does his obligation to save the last of the world’s corks.

It hits him harder than a ton of screw caps: He will build his very own cork boat
and sail it across New England’s longest river.

We are helping Dr. van der Laan by donating all corks used at 75 Chestnut!
Personalize your cork and it will set sail with Dr. van der Laan upon
his handmade cork boat!

To celebrate this, every Wednesday night we are featuring a special two course menu
with hand selected bottles of wine.

$30.00 per person. Featuring a two-course menu and a bottle of wine.
Two person minimum. Tax and gratuity not included.
